BSB Handbook can be found on the Bar Standards Board
All members of the Bar are subject to professional rules
contained in the BSB Handbook. Failure to adhere to the provisions
of the Handbook can result in a finding of professional
misconduct against the barrister concerned.
It is the responsibility of reach member of the Bar to ensure
that they meet the requirements of the Handbook and do not
breach any provisions.
Barristers may also wish to refer to the many documents
produced to assist barristers on matters of professional conduct
and ethics on this website.
