The Bar Council, in conjunction with Sherwood Consulting, has developed a career development programme for barristers. The course is designed to help participants consider what steps they might take to put themselves in a better position to exploit future opportunities, how they might adopt a more proactive approach to business development and how they can reinforce their wellbeing and improve work habits.

Each programme will be tailored for different groups with the first event being aimed at women barristers.
